How to stop iPhone apps from asking you to rate and review – Mashable

How about never — is never good for you?

If you’ve ever used an iPhone, chances are you’ve been prompted by one of the many random apps you’ve downloaded over the years to rate and review it on Apple’s App Store. And, of course, this unbidden request happens while you’re in the middle of using said app — interrupting whatever it was you were in the process of doing all on the off chance you might juice some developer’s App Store rating.

It’s extremely annoying. Thankfully, there’s a way to stop it from ever happening again.

On an iPhone with a current iOS, take the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Tap App Store

  3. Scroll down to In-App Ratings & Reviews

  4. Toggle the option off

Bye.
