I recently bought a refurbished Mac Mini 2014 that came with Big Sur but, for several reasons, I decided to install Mojave. But if I open App Store, within a second or two the whole machine freezes and nothing works, Force Quit can’t be accessed, the mouse won’t move, the only solution being to shut down by pressing the power button. Any thoughts please?
